Refund policy

We want you to love your Solterra Jewelry pieces.

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping for refunds is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

After the first 14 days and up to 30 days from delivery, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@solterrajwlry.com with your order number and request, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
